Mr. Farnell works exclusively as a specialist surgeon treating conditions affecting the adult hand and wrist. He routinely manages most conditions affecting these areas but he has particular areas of expertise in the following areas:

HAND: Nerve entrapment, Dupuytrens disease, trigger finger, arthritis of the hand and thumb, ganglions and hand trauma.

WRIST: All trauma particularly fractures of the distal radius and scaphoid bone, wrist arthritis, wrist arthroscopy, scaphoid non-union, wrist ligament injuries, correction of malunited wrist fractures and wrist pain.
